Ways to Wellness

Cooking Classes

Gather a group for a fun, supportive and positive experience all about learning new recipes and creating a meal together. The meal can have a specific nourishment goal/focus or be purely for fun and enjoyment.

Yoga

Participate in family, pre-natal and post-natal yoga classes and one-on-one sessions to build and support your practice and well-being.

Gardening

Work in a garden or at a farm to learn more about where our food comes from. Experience planting, harvesting and growing food.

Breath + Body

Take a 60-minute class that combines mobility work, circuit training, and breath work. It's a great form of cross-training to complement your current workout regimen as you flow through gentle movement, get in a quality workout and center the mind and heart.

Mindfulness

Learn techniques to improve your ability to notice the moment with kindness and curiosity; improve mental agility, inner strength, acceptance and focus; and gain many more skills that can serve you in every aspect of life.

Mixed Movement

Start your day with a playful stretch and stability class with dynamic movement followed by a moment of mindfulness.
